2 MIN READ -- With spring almost in the air and the seasons beginning to shift, the Pritzker Military Museum & Library is excited to invite you to fun, thought-provoking events happening throughout March.


Free Webinars 

On March 10, mark your calendar for two free webinars. Join the Pritzker Military Museum & Library (PMML) at 1 p.m. for a student webinar, ideal for grades 6-12, covering the experiences of the nurses of the 128th Evacuation Hospital.

Following at 6 p.m., join PMML Chief Military Historian Dr. Matt Muehlbauer, SPY Historian & Curator Dr. Andrew Hammond, and former CIA Chief of Disguise and SPY Advisory Board Member Jonna Mendez for an insider’s look at the tools spies used to keep the Cold War from heating up.

Open House

Bring the family in on March 13 for a free Museum & Library open house to interact with a caricature artist, experience the current exhibit, and be entered for an exclusive raffle when you sign up as a new member. 

Virtual Screening

On March 16, sit back for a virtual screening of "The Six Triple Eight: No Mail, Low Morale" showcasing this unit’s unique contribution to the WWII effort. Stick along after for a Q&A session with the film’s director.

Family Mask-making Workshop  

Looking for more to do with the family? On March 26, PMML will have a family mask-making workshop. Masks created at the event will have the opportunity to be displayed in the one-night exhibition on April 6, honoring the month of the Military Child.
