Beginning in 1984, The Berghoff became known not only for its German-American fare but also for hosting an annual Oktoberfest celebration.

This year marks 121 years since Herman J. Berghoff opened the doors to the historic Berghoff Restaurant. Since then, four generations of Berghoffs have sold countless Reubens, Sauerbratens, and Schnitzels. Beginning in 1984, The Berghoff became known not only for its German-American fare but also for hosting an annual Oktoberfest celebration. This year, it continues the beautifully-restored bar and brand-new in-house brewery, Adams Street Brewery.
