Put some art in your weekend! Make A Mosaic classes feature an experienced instructor who walks you through every technique you need to make a functional artwork to take home. There are many items available to make your mosaic "canvas."
Absolute beginners are welcome, and the studio at the Bridgeport Art Center is BYOB. While you design, sip on your cocktail and listen to some music!
There is no judgement and daring art is encouraged! If you need inspiration, finished examples are available at the studio.
These once per weekend classes are a great preamble to dinner or drinks in the Bridgeport neighborhood. The Bridgeport Art Center also has a lovely gallery space right that you can browse before or after the class.
The proceeds from all Make A Mosaic classes help create murals directly in Chicago schools and neighborhoods.
