Caymus Wine Dinner at Venteux

Join Venteux for a special one night only 4-course wine dinner on Monday, May 23rd by their Executive Chef Joseph Mosconi with pairings from Caymus Vineyards!

1st course - Ruby Trout: spring peas, fava beans, pea tendril, beurre blanc. Paired with 2019 Mer Soleil Silver Chardonnay

2nd course - Beef 2 ways and Celeriac: carpaccio, tartare, pickled celery, celery root puree, celery ash. Paired with 2019 The Walking Fool Red

3rd course - Roasted Duck: morels, beluga lentil, cippolini onions, sauce Périgueux. Paired with 2020 Caymus Napa Valley Cab

4th course - A tour of France: pate de fruit, macaroon, canelé, financier. Paired with Bonanza Cabernet Lot 4
