Caring for Yourself While Caring for Baby: Exploring Pre + Postnatal Mental Health Workshop

Explore how to take care of yourself and your own mental health while taking care of your baby, led by therapist Hannah Lee.

Pregnancy and postpartum are intense times of transition, often focused solely on the new arrival. This workshop, designed for people in pregnancy or up to one year postpartum, is a space for you to explore how to care for yourself and your own mental health while taking care of your baby. We will reflect on the challenges and strengths we bring to parenting, learn more about what "perinatal mental health" is, build strategies to care for ourselves, and share resources in a validating and supportive space. Class will be online in real time, with replay of the recording available to registrants for 7 days following the workshop.
