Bond Collective: Hospitality & Design as the Way Forward

Posted  2 years ago

3 MIN READ -- Whether you’re back in the office, fully remote, or using the hybrid approach to bring your team back into the office, one thing's for sure, the way employees and employers see the workplace has shifted forever. Employees have learned what they prefer to have in a productive work environment. No matter where you are in your workspace journey, Bond Collective has the solution for you.

Bond Collective redefines the meaning of an office from the standard cubicle, white walls, and stale coffee to instead a place of luxury, inspiration, and community. Hospitality and design are at the crux of the workplace experience, encouraging productivity and collaboration.

Hospitality

Each Bond Collective employee and amenity are resources that enable members and their businesses to thrive. Business class amenities such as guest reception, private conference rooms, mail service, daily fruit, snacks, and weekly breakfast are only the beginning of Bond’s offerings. Fully stocked kitchens, restroom amenities, mother’s room, common areas with relaxed seating, dog-friendly locations, and networking events are the beginning of making the transition back downtown easier.

Bond Collective currently has two locations in Chicago, the Opera House location and their recently opened Fulton Market space. A special feature of Bond is the ability to access all of their locations nationwide. As a Bond Collective member, you will receive 5 day passes a month and allocated conference room hours that can be used at any of the Bond locations. Their memberships are crafted to put the needs of the community first. From co-working, to dedicated desks, small to large private offices, and hybrid solutions for companies, Bond provides it all.

Design

Bond Collective’s diverse locations authentically represent their larger surrounding communities. Bond’s first location in Chicago is centrally located in the Civic Opera House with expansive views of the Chicago River. Historical preservation is crucial to Bond’s in-house design team as apparent in their restoration of original Opera House flooring within the space. By inviting your team into a workspace with greenery, bright lighting, flexible seat/stand options to foster collaboration, you provide them the opportunity to be excited about returning to work in person.

While the downtown Loop location reflects the surrounding business district, Bond Collective’s Fulton Market location encapsulates the remnants of Chicago’s meatpacking district with its exposed brick, high ceilings, and dark details. One thing holds true for all Bond’s spaces, they are intentionally place collaboration at the forefront of their design.

Join Bond Collective as they create our new normal with all communities and workstyles in mind.
