When we expand our capacity for presence, we not only expand our ability to be present with life’s challenges, but also with the creativity, joy and love that is also a part of our human experience. Join us for an evening of using the inherent wisdom of the body to guide you into a deeper felt sense experience of presence. You will: explore an area of your life where you would like to experience greater presence; identify what assists you in being present; experience organic movements meant to ground your nervous system and open your heart; and experience the support of like-minded community
