Forte restaurant is excited to partner with Elena Walch, a leading family wine estate in Tramin, Alto Adige, for an intimate dinner on February 20 at 6:30 pm.
Guests will enjoy four selections from the 5th generation winery paired with Chef Leonardo Moslemian's Italian inspired menu. Unique, terroir driven wines will be served alongside three courses featuring ricotta stuffed dates and orecchiette. Hosted that evening by Beverage Director Jennifer Knott and the Winemaker Caroline Walch, guests can expect a special evening. Tickets are $75 per person plus taxes, fees, and gratuity.
