Saldanha will explore foundational questions for practitioners: What are the intent-action barriers to organizations adopting behavioral science? Can behavioral interventions scale? Can we do better by turning the behavioral science lens inwards, to ourselves and our organizations to ensure interventions are adopted and have impact?
