Menu designed and prepared by Chefs Aaron Cuschieri and Julianna Westgor with special guest Sophie Evanoff of Vanille Patisserie. Wine Expert & Master Sommelier Alpana Singh will emcee as she presents wine & spirit pairings courtesy of Conn Creek Wines, Domaine Chandon, Zyr Vodka & Whitley Neill Gin.
