Metropolis Condominiums is located in a building known as the North American Building that was built in 1912 and designed by Holabird and Roche Architects. In 2012, in celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the North American Building, Metropolis installed a canopy over the front entrance to our building which includes bronze panels with replicas of the original owls that were atop the building.
