Everyone deserves a life with the healthiest brain possible, and we can all take action to help protect our brains. Learn about healthy actions we should all build into our routines to benefit our brains, at any age!
This is a free event hosted by Fourth Presbyterian Church and the Alzheimer's Association.
A brain-healthy lunch will be served to the first 50 individuals who register!
Lunch will be followed by a 30-minute presentation from the Alzheimer's Association about how you can protect your brain by utilizing brain-healthy habits, backed by the US POINTER Study and science.
Participants will gain resources and tools – including a personalized action plan – to help build brain-healthy habits into daily life. Key takeaways include healthy habits for your brain, like exercising and eating right, the brain-heart connection, and why brain health is important at all ages.
