JUBA! Masters of Tap and Percussive Dance - Rhythm World Concert 2

“Honorable Tap Progressions” The series visits Washington Park on Sunday, July 13 at the DuSable Black History Museum and Education Center.

Rhythm World 35 concert 2 starts here! The Chicago Human Rhythm Project welcomes you back to The DuSable Black History Museum and Education Center’s Black Legislators Theater to showcase the master soloists of older and new generations alongside the Brent Griffin Jr. Quartet!

The top professional soloists from the east coast come to join the stage with the local legends: Jason Janas and Christina Carminucci from the east, rising star Shannon Kaminski from the midwest, and the legends Mr. Taps, Jimmy Payne Jr. and Reggio McLaughlin. This will be a masterful evening of individualism in tap with a jazz quartet, a perfect blend in this field.

We are grateful you chose your evening with us! To celebrate over 35 years of presenting this percussive dance festival to Chicago. Thank you so much for joining the Chicago Human Rhythm Project at the legendary DuSable Black History Museum and Education Center for our matinee of tap dance.

Please call 312-542-2477 or email us at info@chicagotap.org with any questions, comments, or concerns.
