Calling all pet parents who count down to Halloween and love dressing up their dogs! The 2025 Howl O Ween Canine Cruise is back and setting sail during the second and third weekends of October. Bring your pup in costume and enjoy a 90-minute cruise along the river and lake, complete with lively city highlights from our expert tour guide, festive pumpkin-flavored dog treats, and a cheerful atmosphere for all. Humans are also welcome to dress up! Be sure to enter the canine costume contest for a chance to win fun prizes. The grand prize winner will receive a $1000 donation made by First Lady in their name to a randomly selected canine organization.
*This event occurs every Sunday and Saturday from October 11 through October 19.
