Famed serial killer The Book Club Butcher has hit again and the police need your help to figure out the identity of this notorious killer.

Work solo or team up with fellow sleuths to decipher clues, navigate surprising twists, and piece together the truth behind this series of murders while you’re enjoying the night’s specialty cocktail, The Killer, a twist on the classic martini. Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks are also available.

Plus, meet with our friend from Bucket O’ Blood Books and Records, a Chicago store highlighting sci-fi, fantasy, & horror, plus indie rock, punk & metal records.

This is 21+ event. Attendees must show a valid photo ID at the door to enter.

Get Lit is your way to enjoy evenings in the Loop. Meet friends and fellow book nerds for an early evening treat. Each month, the AWM serves drinks, games, special experiences, and fun activities to get you lit! Funds raised at this event go towards the AWM’s Write In Youth Education Program, which serves middle and high school students from under-resourced schools.
