Chinelas Grand Re-Opening & Tango Lessons

Our favorite shoe store turned Argentinian experience has relocated to their new home in the Block 37 Pedway next to Simply Thalia, and they are celebrating a very special Grand re-opening.

Chinelas has expanded their in-store experience to include delicious Empanadas, a Yerba Mate Bar, and new home and lifestyle items! 

Here's what you can expect on Wednesday:

• DJ: 12-6pm
• Meet and greet with Gabby, the local artist who freehanded all of the murals inside of the store 
• Check out the wall-to-wall in-store Buenos Aires inspired murals 
• Meet the owners: Christine and Mike Picerno
• 1-5pm: Gabby will be custom painting Chinelas get yours personalized and customized 
• *Shot'o'Mate - try different flavors of iced mate Sangria, Piña Colada and Mojito
• All-day food samples from the Macanudo Mate Cafe
• Tango Lessons: Timing and details forthcoming
