The Chicago Loop Alliance is seeking the services of a qualified professional landscape, design and maintenance firm to provide landscaping for the planters and medians along State Street from Ida B. Wells Drive to Wacker Drive and on the west side of Wabash Avenue from Randolph to Adams.

Chicago Loop Alliance is seeking the services of a qualified professional landscape, design, and maintenance firm to provide landscaping for the planters and medians along State Street from Ida B. Wells to Wacker Drive and on the west side of Wabash Avenue from Randolph to Adams (some buildings on State Street that contribute to SSA funding go all the way through to Wabash). The Chicago Loop Alliance is interested in designs and proposals that promote sustainability and reduced costs.
CLA will host a pre-proposal conference on Thursday, January 15, 2026. If interested in attending, please email Cameron Lind at Planning@ChicagoLoopAlliance.com for additional meeting details. Proposals must be received by CLA on Monday, February 2, 2026, no later than noon.
