The ambassador program is contracted by Chicago Loop Alliance through Streetplus, a national business improvement district service.

The report tracks COVID-19 positivity rates, pedestrian activity, parking volumes, hotel occupancy, number of office workers on-site and more. Hotels reported a new record recovery rate for December; and pedestrians, parking, office occupancy and transportation rates remain within positive recovery margin when compared to the same period in 2019.
