Chicago Loop Alliance focuses on clean-up, moving forward after vandalism

Days ago, the Loop was preparing for cautiously reopening in phase three of Mayor Lightfoot’s Protecting Chicago framework. Now, Chicago Loop Alliance is focused on clean-up and supporting businesses.
