Chicago Loop Alliance (CLA) and Chicago Loop Alliance Foundation's Annual Meeting gathers the Loop’s most influential business, civic, and cultural leaders to connect during this crucial time of economic recovery. Chicago Loop Alliance will offer a recap of 2022; share plans for 2023; and induct the incoming slate of Board of Directors.

We are particularly excited for our keynote presenter, Blair Kamin, author, Pulitzer Prize winner, and former Chicago Tribune architecture critic. Based on his most recent book, Who Is the City For?, Kamin argues that although things might look bleak for downtown in the wake of the pandemic, Chicago’s tradition of bold planning and a fresh emphasis on equity will spark revival. Annual Meeting attendees will also leave with a copy of Kamin’s new book, featuring photography by Chicago Sun-Times architecture critic Lee Bey.
