First time renters can rent any SMALL or MEDIUM studios for $5/hour or our REALLY BIG studio for $10/hour, anytime between 10AM – 3PM, Monday – Friday! Need space for a class, rehearsal, or event? Consider the Mayfair Art Center (MAC)! They even have FREE PARKING. Must be new renter and only applies between 10am-3pm M-F.
