Penny for Your Thoughts by Morley is part of the Wabash Arts Corridor campaign.
It was curated produced, and facilitated by Lindsey Meyers and Simone Garcia of local art production team Beauty & Brawn, with co-facilitation assistance from the Wabash Arts Corridor and Columbia College Chicago. Beauty & Brawn invited innovative street artist, Morley, to travel from Los Angeles to showcase his work in a solo exhibition at their former gallery in Logan Square, Beauty & Brawn Art Gallery and Think Space. Installed in 2015, this mural is meant to serve as a contrast to corporate billboards and advertisements, instead offering a friendly message and conversation starter. Morley is a Los Angeles-based street artist whose work focuses on humor and messages of hope.
