CHICAGO\u2014<\/strong>The Chicago Loop Alliance Foundation is pleased to announce that its \u201cMaskerade\u201d Gala presented by Pressure Washing Systems grossed $150,000<\/strong>. Funds raised will support public art projects and events in the Loop in 2022. Past examples of Chicago Loop Alliance Foundation initiatives include Los domingos en State<\/a>, ACTIVAR<\/a> pop-up alley events, mural projects<\/a>, El Gateway<\/a> y mucho m\u00e1s.<\/p>

The Maskerade Gala took place on Saturday, Oct. 30, at the Palmer House, a Hilton Hotel, featuring a VIP viewing of the Arts in the Dark Halloween Parade<\/a> down State Street, drinks, food stations, dancing and live entertainment from DJ Seasonal Frequency, Cabinet of Curiosity, DJ Lady D, La Explosiva y sus Chinelos M\u00e1gicos, magician Benjamin Barnes and Glamour Clown Productions\u2019 Lilith Towers and Potty Mouth. In the spirit of the season, masquerade masks were encouraged. Chicago Loop Alliance followed public health guidelines and required all attendees provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the event.<\/p>

\u201cMaskerade\u201d was presented by Pressure Washing Systems with support from Entertainment Sponsor ComEd, Program Sponsor Bannerville, Title Sponsors Acadia Realty Trust, Auditorium Theatre, CIBC, CIRCLE Foundation, City Escape Garden Center and Design Studio, DePaul University, Downtown Apartment Company, Hilton Chicago, The Joffrey Ballet, Macy\u2019s, The Palmer House, a Hilton Hotel and Springboard, and Supporting Sponsors ABC7\/WLS-TV, BJB Properties\/Drummond Advisors, DL3 Realty, EQ Office, Gensler, Goodman Theatre, Hard Surface Finishers, Mid-America Real Estate, School of the Art Institute of Chicago, SP Plus Corporation and Millennium Garages, Staypineapple, An Iconic Hotel, The Loop, Thompson Hine and Walgreens.<\/p>
