This is accomplished by making the Loop a safety place to live and raise a family, a neighborhood filled with fun and exciting things to do.&nbsp; The Residential Committee will be comprised of at least 5 members of the organization and include one Board member of CLA acting as the Committee Chair. The Committee engages all three Aldermen representing the Loop working to improve the living environment, increase resident communications and report on resident and business
