We bet you didn’t know that Chicago has been the Candy Capital of the World since the late 1800’s. Step into Whimsical Candy at 175 N. Franklin, and you’ll be reminded of the city’s candy making history, and delighted by the shop’s inventive new creations. Their signature La-Dee-Dahs are what put this quirky Wonka-like candy factory on the map. Now in a variety of flavors, the La-Dee-Dah is a handmade swirl of chewy nougat and creamy caramel dipped in luscious, premium chocolate.
